Dear Scumbria: Your reading problem is getting worse. FSC won't throw out ballots that were voted on correctly. They need to save what face they have left. They will not recount any county, due to USSC clarification request (really a put down) regarding the extension ruling (How did you (FSC) get from whatever you used to the ruling? If we (USSC) cannot see it, how could anyone else? You are supposed to remove ambiguity, not add more!). If they don't save face and boldly allow ballots to be rejected, their impeachment would have a strong basis (impartiality, integrity, intelligence, and being able to be respected are required for the job) for negligence and failure to perform the duties of the office they hold (you can't make FSC into a laughingstock and keep your jobs).
