No I don't think Malone is buying the 2.5 million shares now. That would mean he is buying from the current float. The deal in March will be for newly created shares and this agreement has been in place for quite some time. As far as MSFT buying...who knows? Hopefully we're beginning a subtle change today and will continue on an uptrend. I'm not counting on it though. I still think it's going to take years for this stock to ever regain what it's lost this past year. Plus we still have tax loss selling season to get through and this stock is a prime candidate.
