Does anyone know HOW the application forms were printed, and by WHAT company? Why did the Democrat applications have the number printed on them, and the Republican application forms not have the number printed on them? Were they printed by the same company??? "software glich" ..maybe... but surely someone is responsible for the ultimate application form....AND AGAIN, I wonder if the same "sample form" that was sent to the printer... was used for both Democrat and Republican applications...
