I just
object to your statements that options trading is equivalent to gambling. You've read McMillan and trade them yourself, so why
continue to post that view?

I think that I said that SHORT TERM options trading is gambling. I stand by that statement. It is a gamble that one can predict the direction of a stock or an index in a short window of time. If that's not a gamble, I'm not sure what is.

I've been an options trader as well as a long term investor. I've found that I'm much better at the investing part than the options one! :-)
