With what these people have to offer, I don't think NASDAQ is all that big a deal; and a reverse would alienate a whole hell of a lot of people - who could come back and short the holy livin' snot out of the SOB in the bucks-range. Wild talk and ridiculous rumors similar to these resulted in a "...not just NO, but HAIL NO.." PR from TXMC the other day. It's becoming clear to most management that meddling with share count is a pretty bonehead move: i.e.: WTAI.D, now 0.26+/- after a FORWARD. John :-)
