jjkirk: Perfect climate for W to push for a tax cut, similar to turbulance and noise during Reagans early term and tax cut initiative. While the Dems are busy pissin and moanin, sell the public and if congress won't deliver you will see a Repub resurgence in the mid term. The public wants a tax cut.
