Their optimism is unbounded and is founded on their commitment to the science they are involved in, the potential benefits to humanity, and, I believe, a realiistic confidence in their abilities to build an "Abbott times 10" in a decade. Tony says they only need ONE discovery to be very successful, and that discovery could come in the next 6 months.

You'll have to dig into the by-laws, at TXMC it CAN NOT go down without shareholder approval; and we collectively own one hell of a lot of shares.

Hopefully you can report back that the same is true for DNAP.

:-)

it was my understanding that it may take 18 to 24 months before they will be applying for the nasdaq listing. according to the requirements they will need assets of $4mil or need $50 mil in market capitalization to be considered. the orchid machine cost around $1 mil. they don't have ownership of the building. there are very few assets that they currently have. they are working on a project that could be completed in 6 to 12 months. when that is complete they will recieve money from a partner (orchid has right of first refusal) and that will generate revenues. when our partner develops a comercial product from dnap's proprietary info we will recieve more than half the proceeds of the product made from that project. only then will we be able to apply for the nasdaq listing. it may depend also on how long it takes our partner to develope a successful product...thus it may take up to 2 years to happen. also there is a possibility of other agreements that dnap has that they will keep secret until such a time that they are ready for the bigger listing. there were no winks or nods. but dnap is keeping their cards close to themselves...very smart IMO...the open house i heard these phrases from dr frudakis during the open house...our orchid machine will be a "money making machine" "the next microsoft" we will be a "fortune 500 company"...no real time frames were given. this is no hype...snow can back me up on those statements. i am a very small shareholder. i was also very impressed. the reason i went to the open house was because it was held in my back yard...a 2 1/2 hour drive to sarasota. this stock is a long term hold. if you are luck you can buy on the dips and add free shares. i will attempt to add shares on those dips...LOL...i am not an experienced trader...hope this helps soothe your concerns...

good fortune...
