SOLON, Ohio, Dec 5, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Winncom Technologies Corp., a wholly
owned subsidiary of ARC Wireless Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB:ARCS), announced that it
has reached an agreement with Wave2Wave Communications to supply wireless
solutions, including Lucent Technologies' ORiNOCO line, Winncom's antennas and
other accessories, for Wave2Wave's and WorldCom's wireless ISP rollout.

Winncom will supply wireless solutions and provide technical support for the
project.

"We chose Winncom because of the company's expertise in the wireless arena and
their custom wireless solutions design capabilities. Winncom also has been
responsive to our needs and provides us with excellent technical support and

Wave2Wave Communications.

Wave2Wave's alliance with WorldCom, for which Wave2Wave expects more than $10
million in revenues, will allow them to provide small- and medium-sized
businesses with economical and reliable high-speed wireless Internet access.
Winncom will be an integral part of the project, supplying the necessary
wireless solutions as well as advising on system design and wireless integration
issues.
