It means that all production goals for Dresden were achieved four weeks early. That means that the ramp is going smoothly (there were some concerns raised here in the last few days) but we don't know what the demand situation is. The rumored price cuts are somewhat disturbing, especially combined with the 1.2 GHz Athlon shortage. (at least AMD has enough press samples -- got mine yesterday)

No=one is saying that AMD cant manufacture the parts.

The problem is demand and NOT manufacturing.
