SbH - But you had a good excuse - you were just a kid. While there hasn't been a lot of maturity shown by either candidate, I think a lot of the perception has been skewed by constant media attention. At every turning point, Bush points out that he's won after every official count. Gore continues to pursue every legal avenue to achieve victory. IMO, both are perfectly legitimate positions and as a Republican partisan, I hope Gore is successful. He's probably right - a majority of the voters who went to the polls in Florida intended to vote for him. It's just his misfortune that too many of them couldn't follow instructions and submit a valid ballot.
