Oh thank gawd you started this thread. I am so sick of the conservative spin. Gore trying to steal the election and all that crap. Why are more people NOT upset about the candidate who won the popular vote posssibly/probably losing the electoral?

I submit to the system if Bush does wrangle Florida, but all the talk is offensive. The will of the people, the will of the majority was Gore as president.

This is EXACTLY what I was talking about doing with Bonnie a couple weeks ago. I have always thought that we needed "independence" and that using Tom's name for his original locale was RUDE.

You are one CLASSY lady. I will always be a proud poster on this "new" and "independent" porch. It pleases me no end that you took the name I originally coined for what I hope turns out to be a wonderful liberal investing forum.
