RE:"1 Slade received a recount by operation of law because the margin was less than 0.5 % Yeah, so? RE:"2 Washington uses optical ballots that are much more accurate than punch card ballots. Does the whole state use optical ballots or just a portion. Can you describe the workings of an optical ballot? We'd likely have a better system of voting here in FL but the retirees who move here don't want to pay for it....despite voting in liberal government.
