Mike. FWIW, I still check this thread every once in a while and appreciate your reporting on the SEC filing. I'm in ENTG at an average price of around 12 1/2. I feel ,as you, that there could be a little more downside dip. If the stock falls into the 5's, I will jump in for more and wait as long as it takes for the share price to come back. As we know, every semiconductor down cycle must eventually be followed by an up cycle, and those that are willing to take the plunge and wait are usually well rewarded. Russ
