Not to be Clintonesque, it depends on what you mean by "don't like the results of a court ruling."

Judges interpret the law as part of the process of deciding cases. But they don't interpret law in a vaccuum.

Legislatures write the law. If a court makes a decision that is contrary to the law just so the outcome will suit the judge or justice, that's usurping the legislative power.

Ordinarily a legislature wouldn't get involved in a case affecting just one person, but the fate of the world hangs in the hands of these judges.
