OMD, your case for a bottom last week was a good one, and
even Art Cashin was giving those buy signals in code -g-

the Wavers were happy that 2523 on the NASD was a
proportional relationship. and it was also interesting that
it was a 50% decline from the top back on 3-10-00.

I know that I have been burned a couple of times on HLIT, but they are really pursuing the FTTH solutions and that makes me do a double take.
