Arik, quite possible. or the mid-air explosion. next weekend i'm planning to compare the speed of the economic slowdown to date with that of 1930...i fully expect economic fundamentals to deteriorate rapidly actually and the first parallels should be visible already. don't see anything in the real world yet that would induce me to change my mind...imo the accumulated debt in this economy is beginning to weigh everything down, now that financial assets have swooned to the extent they have. i'm looking for a fresh outbreak of angst in the financial markets by January...
