I'm pretty tired of it, too. Am watching the hearing in front of Judge Clark. It's pretty clear that she wants to help Gore. The Seminole County Canvassing Board attorney just argued to her that the Canvassing Board isn't the proper defendant because it was the Election Board that did the things the Plaintiff says was wrong - the Canvassing Board just counts the votes. And she said, "well, the statute says Board of Elections OR Canvassing Board," like there was no legal distinction.

I don't usually drink this early in the day, but I just opened up the first of what I suspect will be a number of beers. By the time this election is over my liver will probably be shot, and my family will have to put me into rehab. -ng-

One of the lawyers I work with says, "don't worry, Bush won." He says, he doesn't have to worry about all the hairpin twists and turns and near death collisions, because his brain is so small that the facts go in one ear and out the other without ever hitting his brain, and the only thing he knows is that Bush won. LOL!
