To signal a true reversal (and not just a bear market rally) I need to see very high tic (positive), so far th naz tic max has been 300, not very impressive. Few other elements (like P/C RATIO) will have to change trend, that takes a little longer to get. Last, leading stock must make recoveries above prior support (support levels that have failed), apart of QCOM, I do not see many. I just sold BRCM at $121.25 here, not even at my GTC (cancelled, but it just reached it after my sale). Zeev
