Skeeter,

Shane fights at 147 now. He started out as a lightweight (132) and moved up two classes to fight Oscar. I think he is a great fighter. I made him the favorite over Oscar - no kidding! I think it would be a bit of a negative for him to move up another class to fight Tito. His frame is already filled out and he's not as tall. I suspect he could move up and beat "almost" anyone else with ease, but he'd be at a disadvantage against Tito. I think he matches up against Oscar a little better. He would have to outquick Tito and run like hell. Not impossible though.
