What F-legislatures powers were violated in the current case?? Didnt even know that F-legislature is involved in anything other than be prepared to select the electors in case this is not decided by the deadline. So far F-legislature has not done anything.

Not familiar with the F-legislatures powers under the US constitution so cant comment. Do you know of any time in history when US SC got involved bewtween the sate legislature and its SC??
