An historian on tv last night said that Al could keep some dignity if he went on with the FL SC issue as long as he disavowed the Seminole and Martin County cases.

Fat chance, imo. As stated I believe he is using the FL SC case to buy time to squeek in the back door. At 1st he didn't connect himself to these cases. Is he now (publicly)?
