Well, it does make a grand jury action seem a more likely possibility but not necessarily so. Personally, I am rethinking my position on the advisability of pursuing the Clintons after they leave the WH. Given the election mess, it might be best to drop the whole matter and have Bush focus all administration efforts on bringing the country back together and healing the divide the Clintons and Gores are responsible for creating.
