OY: more than we can say about the Federal Supreme Court I submit that the Supremes did a perfect job. sort of like hitting a three-sided billiard shot and leaving the opponent with a choice of giving up or losing. The Florida Supremes had to ask the Gore side to find a way their decision did not rely on the Florida Constitution, which their whole opinion seems to rests on. Question I have is why they asked the Bush side for a brief. What are they going to say other than you guys and gals blew it and should reverse yourselves before the Feds have to do it?
