I'm not qualified to answer that questions in a quantitative sense. Who's to say at what level correct valuation is obtain. For the market valuation is a moving target and is voted on daily.

I do know that the human race is gaining more technological tools and savvy to use those tools daily. Either you buy into the future as being bright or you walk around forever worried that progress will cease to happen. (Me I'm a futurist and optimistic, so I know that the market will be higher down the road someday. I also enjoy playing the market macro swings, so I move money in and out hoping to get close to bottoms and tops.)

The market is ruled by investor perception, today that perception got one large boost by the powers to be getting the green light from the FED. The market is also forward looking and bottoms happen before the FED begins to ease. Today was the anticipation of the FED easing and the economy turning around down the road.

Greenspan got all he wanted lets hope the market has learned who has the control button and the FED knows how to use it.
