Broadcom BRCM .....Prudential .....from a Strong Buy to accumulate

Brcm was held back because of its being a coms cust.....it will take off to 150/170 asap.
Pru was on the buy side a lot today after the downgrade

BRCM is closer to the actual users, where as PMCS is closer to the edge. COMS, T and the rest slowing the rollout of the broadband will bother BRCM more then PMCS.
