James, the article is MIA, they have pulled it. This has been reported innumerable times by various media as ballots ....incorrectly as you note.

No, it's intentional. "All Things Considered" on NPR and also CNN have been stating the same thing for 2 days. Just more media bias. The NPR show actually had 2 lawyers saying the ballots were bogus. They'll stop at nothing.
