one thing to consider that 8 of the 10 largest one day gains in the nasdaq have come this year....these little bear market rallies mean nothing. look at the 5 yr chart on the nasdaq...look at the one year chart on the nasdaq

we will get back to the business of selling...

dumb money thinking we have a bottom...piled into today...shorts covered...that's about that...

And what do you think would happen if by the most remote of chances, the judge in Seminole County agrees to throw out those absentee ballots? Unlikely, but not out of the question and the market seems to have totally removed this possibility from its consciousness. If the market has ever been set up for a market panic, this is it and, hopefully, it won't happen.
