JDN, I assume Nikki Clark will rule in favor of Gore. It will be appealed, then the 7 Democrats on the FSC will uphold her.

From what I have seen posted and discussed on TV, I would think it is a fine point of law.

Is there any recourse for obvious political decisions by the judiciary?
