Ruff- Okay so what we're looking for here is the realization of the China Unicom deal by the placement of actual orders to vendors for the buildout. And more importantly, the potential for China Telecom to create a new CDMA network of major propotions as compared to China Unicom, with the proceeds of their IPO in 6-9 months. Is this correct? If true, as you've said, all this ties in with everything posted by Tryhard81. I'd suspect that the news of the "China Telecom" deal, if true, could come at any time prior to the actual IPO, right? This would be "the mother of all announcements" for Qualcomm.

Friends:

siliconinvestor.com

The above is a 10 month chart of qcom and various other tech leaders and the nasdaq. It is extraordinary that QUALCOMM, after the year it had last year, is now outperforming the other leaders over that time frame.

As you can see, we have put on a dazzling 4th quarter rally.
