Well they went off better then I expected...I was surprised...still the 3% premium over goverment 30 year bonds is expensive for BTY. I think this 3G roll out will have funding trouble to be completed. If the big boys like BTY have to pay this much, who will lend the smaller CLEC's money to keep expanding and keep operating. Vendor financing of companies like WCII is a bad idea. They don't even know when they will have profit ebitda. I expect the cost to be too high for many small players in the coming months. Chapter 11's will even more common in the new year.

I think that if we do slip into a recession and a hard landing, as Greenspan said he feared today, even if he lowers rates the money won't go to the areas it is needed. People aren't going to pass on the lower rates and new money to failing businesses. Companies that don't have realistic targets for both profit ebitda and after MASSIVE debt payments, i don't seem them getting more money to blow...at least not smart money.
