US Constitution = technicality. God Bless technicalities.

Bush won the presidency on a hypertechnicality.

Unfortunately, you must not have benefited from an adequate education. In America, the electoral college elects our president not the popular vote. Or is this just typical democrat strategy of trying to change the rules after they don't go your way?

Perhaps had such a popular vote elected our president we would now have this legal wrangling going on all over America? Maybe you like this?

Second, we will never know who won the popular vote. Ever. Get used to it. Your guy lost.

You sound like every other Liberal Democrat I know. Always whining and sniveling about your predicament. You may consider the U.S. Constitution a "hypertechnicality" but the fact remains, your guy lost! Can you say, President Bush? Haha! :-)
