And I assume her ruling will be appealed to the FSC.
Is she an appointed-for-life judge?

Ouch! What effect if any would that have on the certification? Would she issue an order requiring Harris to recertify? Obviously the Reps would appeal, what happens during that time? Would they need a stay while the appeal is brought? What if Harris refused the order, does Judge Clark jail her for contempt? By what mechanism could Clark compel the certification of new electors? If any of this happened I'd bet the legistature would have to step in. Black & tan for me tonight!

I am ready to believe it. She's going to do it, I have no doubt in my mind, and she'll feel proud of herself.

Well that will end the possibility of this ending without a complete power grab. I think that the Fl. Legislature would then step in and award the electors. And that is going to be ugly.

Maybe you or someone else here would know about this. In one of the counties where there are concerns about absentee ballot applications, the ballot applications were removed from the county office, worked on elsewhere, and returned. I wonder if that office had control procedures to insure the returned ballot applications were the same ones returned?

For example, suppose I were allowed to remove a bunch of ballot applications from county offices to add voter's registration numbers. I bring the same number of ballot applications back a week later. How do they know I didn't dump the real applications and create new applications in the names of my dead relatives?
