Another irony...all along the fate of this election has been in the hands of the Democrats...from the canvassing boards...to the attorneys...and the Judges.

Does "judicial" mean "interpret" the law? Does "interpret" mean "divining" the intent of the legislature? After the vilification that the SC endured from Republicans about "making new law" I hardly think this Clark gal would dare venture far from a literal interpretation of this particular statute. Sorry to say it, but the Republicans have fashioned a bed here that may turn out to be pretty uncomfortable.
