Cummings: Unlike you, I was making money for my company. I had my nose to the grindstone for 7.5 hours straight today and just came up for air. I did not hear President-elect Al Gore's address to the American people. I will visit a Web site tonight and read what he had to say. Your boy, D-Dubya-I, is trying to give the impression he's hard at work on his transition team, etc. Fact is, he and Lott and Cheney and Hastert were probably playing cards and telling off-color jokes and shooting off rifles and doing male bonding down Texas way. Thought it was interesting that it appeared to be a "no women allowed" session at the Texas ranch this weekend. Perhaps Ted Nugent provided entertainment for the good ol' boys.
