Jeffrey- OK, good, that's what I thought....but help me understand the part about price/volume signals over next 7 days...does IBD mean that today's action CONFIRMED a bottom (and we are going higher), and we will definently see that upside (according to IBD theory) in the next few days OR does that mean that we need to wait until confirmation in the next 7 days,(and that the jury is still out...), and therefore the next 7 days could be up/flat or neutral.
