Jacob, consider it a compliment (if you'd like). If readers felt you were capricious in your positions or loose with your facts all the time they would not feel the need to point out erratum. Whether I am in agreement all the time or not, your posts usually sound well investigated. That's why this mistake was so glaring. Ebay after all! ... you're lucky to escape with only a three-judge panel all thumbs down. That's the end for me, promise.
