I think the best route is for the company to dress itself for a buyout provided the assets can be determined to be of a decent value or return for Covad shareholders.

Smartest thing all 3 of them could do is merge together
sounds good on the surface, but as it was explained to me, their nerworks just overlap, so I don't see why COVD would want them. I'm with you brother, let's ride the wave ! You know the market will move on COVD if it appears they are nearing profit, and in the cash time frame projected, it could all work ut just in time.

BWAC how are they going to Survive. ...
(As Cramer says ...the three stooges)
The phone companies hated them from day one.
(and will just build DSL in-house...and make it look like a spin-off or something...)
COVD AND RTHM Busted their own chops with the convertibles ,,,which allowed the MSDW's of the world ,,,to smoke them on the short side...
Merging would be an absolute disaster because then everyone fights to keep their OWN head above water...Man. that would be a disaster.
I think RTHM goes Broke....
I just wish Hapka had to give the money back to the friends of BMFM...
Just because they go broke doesn't mean it's the end of DSL as a viable technology....I think we just got scammed by the WALLSTREET Crooks...
AOL (trickle up effect)...is not out of the woods...and could fall a long way after the TWX Ball and Cabling....
