All very true. There are some seemingly mouth watering deals out there. But the one thing that really struck me about Apple is it's combination of cash and IP at a price point that could bought with cash by the acquiring company without much trouble and not using their stock as currency. The next candidate would be AMD who is near book value, has twice the IP but less cash. Anyway, both these companies could be had for about $10B or on tenth the market cap of YHOO when it was at it's peak. Amazing. MEATHEAD
