The ballots are all under court order until the court cases have run their course I thought, that must be a tentative date.

And exactly what weight would the findings of the Miami Herald examination carry with the average person? Supposing that they had no partisan edge (just supposing), wouldn't it be a qreat story and sell more papers if they created and or extended controversy?
