Do you honestly believe that she will throw out those votes, given that the paramount concern in Florida law is that the voters should be heard?

We're not talking about counting questionable-intent ballots. We're talking about properly executed absentee ballots, in which the voters made a good faith effort, and have every expectation that their discernable votes should be counted.
