Every decision will be, or is subject to reviewed from above. Judicial partisianship is over IMO, and it sure the hell outta be. As an officer of the court, surely you cannot condone using judicial power to decide political objectives.
Unless these Floridians rise above their partisian agendas, the court system will become nothing more than a whorehouse.
