mph, Boies is a hired gun... a mercenary. It's his job to try to "win" at any cost. You don't honesty believe the Gore camp hired Mr. Boies for his honesty, do ya? <grin> And really, is Mr. Boies' tactic any more disgusting than Mr. Gore's strategy of selective manual ballot counting in the state of Florida? At least with the issue of indented chads, I can see how it may boil down to a difference of opinions. But when the Gore camp tries to count only selective, highly Democratic counties and attempts to extrapolate the result to represent the People of Florida... well, let's just say Mr. Gore isn't on my Christmas list. Such actions were clearly prescribed with the intent and malice of circumventing the diverse voting constituency in the state of Florida. Speaking of truth and justice... is this why lawyers profile potential jurors? Now that wouldn't have anything to do with stacking the odds in their favor, would it? <grin> Regards,
