Great. Everywhere in the U.S., and in Switzerland, where every household has weapons, there is little or no crime. Criminals don't want to go where there will be resistance. I'm not sure about the "except people with a criminal record" though. Here in the U.S. we jail more people per capita than any other country. A lot of people with "criminal records" have merely used drugs or done some other personal act that the government does not want them to do. Only VIOLENT criminals should be barred from having weapons. Good luck making Canadians able to defend themselves! Freeus
