Considering he is dealing with BB stocks one has to agree that you can save your butt buy taking your investment out as soon as possible and play on the new money. Take some profit or get out depending on how it looks.

The wish to average down is a big one. I did that with a NYSE stock MFN. In the end I had 3200 shares of nothing. After BK, I ended up with 8 shares worth 4.75 each of the new company and a handful of warrant that were worthless to exercise.
