Gem, I'm not a victim and I don't care who African-Americans vote for. All you seem to be saying is that if someone was thwarted from voting, it must be their own fault. Life is so simple when you look at it that way, I guess. Or perhaps you're saying that I shouldn't concern myself with the business of others securing their rights in this country? Perhaps that should be left strictly up to them? Is that individually or collectively? Is it OK with you for people to form groups to make their political interests known? Is it OK for them to rely on spokesmen? Like Jesse Jackson?
