You are correct. Everything bad in America is Clinton's fault, and everything good happened in spite of him.

I give up. You argue against statements that people do not make. You are the king of the straw man fallacy. If you cannot argue your point, then maybe your position and logic are weak. It is foolish to use such fallacious reasoning.

It was just dumb luck that the budget deficit went from $300 billion to a $200 billion surplus under his watch. The 1993 Deficit Reduction Act which cost Clinton and the Democrats control of the Congress, had absolutely nothing to do with the deficit coming down.

If you believe Bill Clinton is responsible for the economy over the last ten years and recent budget surplus, then you must have little knowledge of economics.
