-cut spending
      -cut taxes
      -allow elderly to work by encouraging wealthy elderly
       to get off the golf course in Arizona to pay for 
       their expensive health care: nobody said life was 
       easy.
      -import capable foreign graduates to help Technology
       and Health Industries ( we need nurses ; plenty in
       Phillipines for example ) to keep wages reasonable.
      -curtail lawsuits! This will drammatically
       lower costs and decrease inflationary pressures.
      -jawbone foreign countries to get their act together
       cut excessive entitlements like the US etc.
       ie imitate US
