Dear amadeaus: No spin, just fact, evidence of FRAUD in that count. Not even remotely similar to what Gore has been trying and in the case of Broward and Palm Beach did. JDN

I haven't perused the details yet. I have said that hand recounts are superior if there are actual allegations of fraud or of machine malfunction, as long as the rules of counting are restricted to hanging chads, and are agreed to by both parties. Otherwise, I would consider the recounts to be bogus......
