Hi Kerry, Several years ago I tried V/L's CD ROM version of their expanded edition. I'm sure it's been improved since then.

Two things
- It doesn't change very much month to month.
- Nice to be able to do screens with all 5000 stocks from the expanded edition.

Very pricy, but delightful to use once in a while. I didn't renew my trial subscription.

Best regards, Tom

Hi Kerry,

It's always a pleasure to hear from you.

OT: I saw your name mentioned in the WSJ a few months ago. I can't remember what it was regarding, but you probably remember.

I'm doing great!

I haven't tried the electronic version of Value Line. I've been, however, accessing their website for constant info.

I really do love Value Line! I may give it a go in the next few months. I have to admit I'm a Value Line paper junkie. I've always read it that way for years -- and it's a tough habit to break. Every Friday night I read VL and fall asleep.

I want to use the electronic version due to the sorting capabilities that you mentioned.

Please keep in touch! I read all of your posts. I feel you offer a lot of value by your focus upon reasonable value.

Kerry,

What's new? My subscription is up for renewal, so I'm thinking about receiving the CD-ROM version. $90 or so cheaper -- and more applications. I have a printer that can print out the screen prints now.

Any value stocks on your radar screen? Lucent?

I've been putting some cash into COMS/CS/MO. I think there is significant value in each.

I know that your Royal Caribbean has done alright!

Have a great day,
