Hi Craig,

After re-reading your original post, I conducted a hand re-count of the number of times you referred to "altering" ballots. After holding them up to the light and applying the dimple rule, I came up with 3. In none of those statements did you use the word "application". So I can only conclude that you had 3 pesky identical "typos".

As for anyone in the Democratic party ever saying (in the seminal county absentee ballot case now pending) that the ballots were altered rather than the ballot applications, you can start with Al Gore the first time he was asked about it on the national news sound byte. I have seen it 3 times. Since then he has revised his rhetoric.

I for one am so tired of the blatant lying of the Democratic party over and over that just never ends. They do it so often every day that it has become an accepted practice.

This morning I have had the Seminal case on the tube and listening here and there, I find this is just another series lies and distortions. When you read the transcripts of the trial, it will become obvious that there was no preferential treatment given to the Republicans or any intention wrongdoing at all.

Again don't take my word for it, read it when it becomes available. There is no legal basis here to throw out any absentee ballots whatsoever. The Democrats will loose this case unless the Judge is really ticked off about being passed over. Even then the all Democratic Florida supreme court will overturn it on appeal.
